{א} לַמְנַצֵּחַ לְדָוִד לְהַזְכִּיר:
{ב} אֱלֹהִים לְהַצִּילֵנִי יְהוָה לְעֶזְרָתִי חוּשָׁה:
{ג} יֵבֹשׁוּ וְיַחְפְּרוּ מְבַקְשֵׁי נַפְשִׁי יִסֹּגוּ אָחוֹר וְיִכָּלְמוּ חֲפֵצֵי רָעָתִי:
{ד} יָשׁוּבוּ עַל עֵקֶב בָּשְׁתָּם הָאֹמְרִים הֶאָח הֶאָח:
{ה} יָשִׂישׂוּ וְיִשְׂמְחוּ בְּךָ כָּל מְבַקְשֶׁיךָ וְיֹאמְרוּ תָמִיד יִגְדַּל אֱלֹהִים אֹהֲבֵי יְשׁוּעָתֶךָ:
{ו} וַאֲנִי עָנִי וְאֶבְיוֹן אֱלֹהִים חוּשָׁה לִּי עֶזְרִי וּמְפַלְטִי אַתָּה יְהוָה אַל תְּאַחַר:
{א} לַ֝מְנַצֵּ֗חַ לְדָוִ֥ד לְהַזְכִּֽיר׃
{ב} אֱלֹהִ֥ים לְהַצִּילֵ֑נִי יְ֝הוָ֗ה לְעֶזְרָ֥תִי חֽוּשָֽׁה׃
{ג} יֵבֹ֣שׁוּ וְיַחְפְּרוּ֮ מְבַקְשֵׁ֢י נַ֫פְשִׁ֥י יִסֹּ֣גוּ אָ֭חוֹר וְיִכָּלְמ֑וּ חֲ֝פֵצֵ֗י רָעָתִֽי׃
{ד} יָ֭שׁוּבוּ עַל־עֵ֣קֶב בָּשְׁתָּ֑ם הָ֝אֹמְרִ֗ים הֶ֘אָ֥ח ׀ הֶאָֽח׃
{ה} יָ֘שִׂ֤ישׂוּ וְיִשְׂמְח֨וּ ׀ בְּךָ֗ כָּֽל־מְבַ֫קְשֶׁ֥יךָ וְיֹאמְר֣וּ תָ֭מִיד יִגְדַּ֣ל אֱלֹהִ֑ים אֹ֝הֲבֵ֗י יְשׁוּעָתֶֽךָ׃
{ו} וַאֲנִ֤י ׀ עָנִ֣י וְאֶבְיוֹן֮ אֱלֹהִ֢ים חֽוּשָׁ֫ה־לִּ֥י עֶזְרִ֣י וּמְפַלְטִ֣י אַ֑תָּה יְ֝הוָ֗ה אַל־תְּאַחַֽר׃

Lamnatsêach ledavid lehazkir
Elohim lehatsilêni, Adonai leezrati chúsha
Ievôshu veiachperú mevac’shê nafshi, yissôgu achor veyicalemu chafetsê raati
Iashúvu al ékev boshtam, haomerim heach heach
Iassíssu veyismechú bechá col mevac’shêcha, veiomeru tamid yigdal Elohim ohavê ieshuatêcha
Vaani ani veevion Elohim chusha li, ezri umfalti áta, Adonai al teachar
Tehillim 70 - Tehillim translated into english
1. To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance.
2. Make haste, O God, to save me; make haste to help me, O Lord.
3. Let those who seek after my soul be ashamed and confounded; let those who desire my harm be turned backward, and put to confusion.
4. Let those who say Aha, aha, be turned back, because of their shame;
5. Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; and let those who love your salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
6. But I am poor and needy; make haste to me, O God; you are my help and my savior; O Lord, delay not.
