{א} לְדָוִד אוֹדְךָ בְכָל לִבִּי נֶגֶד אֱלֹהִים אֲזַמְּרֶךָּ:
{ב} אֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶה אֶל הֵיכַל קָדְשְׁךָ וְאוֹדֶה אֶת שְׁמֶךָ עַל חַסְדְּךָ וְעַל אֲמִתֶּךָ כִּי הִגְדַּלְתָּ עַל כָּל שִׁמְךָ אִמְרָתֶךָ:
{ג} בְּיוֹם קָרָאתִי וַתַּעֲנֵנִי תַּרְהִבֵנִי בְנַפְשִׁי עֹז:
{ד} יוֹדוּךָ יְהוָה כָּל מַלְכֵי אָרֶץ כִּי שָׁמְעוּ אִמְרֵי פִיךָ:
{ה} וְיָשִׁירוּ בְּדַרְכֵי יְהוָה כִּי גָדוֹל כְּבוֹד יְהוָה:
{ו} כִּי רָם יְהוָה וְשָׁפָל יִרְאֶה וְגָבֹהַּ מִמֶּרְחָק יְיֵדָע:
{ז} אִם אֵלֵךְ בְּקֶרֶב צָרָה תְּחַיֵּנִי עַל אַף אֹיְבַי תִּשְׁלַח יָדֶךָ וְתוֹשִׁיעֵנִי יְמִינֶךָ:
{ח} יְהוָה יִגְמֹר בַּעֲדִי יְהוָה חַסְדְּךָ לְעוֹלָם מַעֲשֵׂי יָדֶיךָ אַל תֶּרֶף:

{ב} אֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֨ה אֶל־הֵיכַ֪ל קָדְשְׁךָ֡ וְא֘וֹדֶ֤ה אֶת־שְׁמֶ֗ךָ עַל־חַסְדְּךָ֥ וְעַל־אֲמִתֶּ֑ךָ כִּֽי־הִגְדַּ֥לְתָּ עַל־כָּל־שִׁ֝מְךָ֗ אִמְרָתֶֽךָ׃
{ג} בְּי֣וֹם קָ֭רָֽאתִי וַֽתַּעֲנֵ֑נִי תַּרְהִבֵ֖נִי בְנַפְשִׁ֣י עֹֽז׃
{ד} יוֹד֣וּךָ יְ֭הוָה כָּל־מַלְכֵי־אָ֑רֶץ כִּ֥י שָׁ֝מְע֗וּ אִמְרֵי־פִֽיךָ׃
{ה} וְ֭יָשִׁירוּ בְּדַרְכֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה כִּֽי־גָ֝ד֗וֹל כְּב֣וֹד יְהוָֽה׃
{ו} כִּי־רָ֣ם יְ֭הוָה וְשָׁפָ֣ל יִרְאֶ֑ה וְ֝גָבֹ֗הַּ מִמֶּרְחָ֥ק יְיֵדָֽע׃
{ז} אִם־אֵלֵ֤ךְ ׀ בְּקֶ֥רֶב צָרָ֗ה תְּחַ֫יֵּ֥נִי עַ֤ל אַ֣ף אֹ֖יְבַי תִּשְׁלַ֣ח יָדֶ֑ךָ וְת֖וֹשִׁיעֵ֣נִי יְמִינֶֽךָ׃
{ח} יְהוָה֮ יִגְמֹ֢ר בַּ֫עֲדִ֥י יְ֭הוָה חַסְדְּךָ֣ לְעוֹלָ֑ם מַעֲשֵׂ֖י יָדֶ֣יךָ אַל־תֶּֽרֶף׃

Ledavid, odechá vechol libi, négued Elohim azamerêca
Eshtachave el hechal codshechá veode et shemêcha, al chasdechá veal amitêcha, ki higdálta al col shimchá imratêcha
Beiom caráti vataanêni, tar’hivêni venafshi oz
Iodúcha Adonai col malchê árets, ki shameú imrê fícha
Veiashíru bedarchê Adonai, ki gadol kevod Adonai
Ki ram Adonai veshafal yir’ê, vegavôha mimerchac ieiedá
Im elech bekérev tsará techaiêni, al af oievai tishlach iadêcha, vetoshiêni ieminêcha
Adonai yigmor baadi, Adonai chasdechá leolam, maassê iadêcha al téref
Tehillim 138 - Tehillim translated into english
1. Of David. I will praise you with my whole heart; before princes I will sing praise to you.
2. I will worship toward your holy temple, and praise your name for your loving kindness and for your truth; for you have magnified your word above all your name.
3. In the day when I cried you answered me, and strengthened me with strength in my soul.
4. All the kings of the earth shall give you thanks, O Lord, when they hear the words of your mouth.
5. And they shall sing in the ways of the Lord; for great is the glory of the Lord.
6. Though the Lord is high, he regards the lowly; but the arrogant he knows from far away.
7. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you will revive me; you shall stretch forth your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand shall save me.
8. May the Lord fulfil his purpose for me! Your loving kindness, O Lord, endures for ever; do not forsake the works of your own hands.
