{א} בְּצֵאת יִשְׂרָאֵל מִמִּצְרָיִם בֵּית יַעֲקֹב מֵעַם לֹעֵז:
{ב} הָיְתָה יְהוּדָה לְקָדְשׁוֹ יִשְׂרָאֵל מַמְשְׁלוֹתָיו:
{ג} הַיָּם רָאָה וַיָּנֹס הַיַּרְדֵּן יִסֹּב לְאָחוֹר:
{ד} הֶהָרִים רָקְדוּ כְאֵילִים גְּבָעוֹת כִּבְנֵי צֹאן:
{ה} מַה לְּךָ הַיָּם כִּי תָנוּס הַיַּרְדֵּן תִּסֹּב לְאָחוֹר:
{ו} הֶהָרִים תִּרְקְדוּ כְאֵילִים גְּבָעוֹת כִּבְנֵי צֹאן:
{ז} מִלִּפְנֵי אָדוֹן חוּלִי אָרֶץ מִלִּפְנֵי אֱלוֹהַּ יַעֲקֹב:
{ח} הַהֹפְכִי הַצּוּר אֲגַם מָיִם חַלָּמִישׁ לְמַעְיְנוֹ מָיִם:
{א} בְּצֵ֣את יִ֭שְׂרָאֵל מִמִּצְרָ֑יִם בֵּ֥ית יַ֝עֲקֹ֗ב מֵעַ֥ם לֹעֵֽז׃

{ד} הֶֽ֭הָרִים רָקְד֣וּ כְאֵילִ֑ים גְּ֝בָע֗וֹת כִּבְנֵי־צֹֽאן׃
{ה} מַה־לְּךָ֣ הַ֭יָּם כִּ֣י תָנ֑וּס הַ֝יַּרְדֵּ֗ן תִּסֹּ֥ב לְאָחֽוֹר׃
{ו} הֶֽ֭הָרִים תִּרְקְד֣וּ כְאֵילִ֑ים גְּ֝בָע֗וֹת כִּבְנֵי־צֹֽאן׃
{ז} מִלִּפְנֵ֣י אָ֭דוֹן ח֣וּלִי אָ֑רֶץ מִ֝לִּפְנֵ֗י אֱל֣וֹהַּ יַעֲקֹֽב׃
{ח} הַהֹפְכִ֣י הַצּ֣וּר אֲגַם־מָ֑יִם חַ֝לָּמִ֗ישׁ לְמַעְיְנוֹ־מָֽיִם׃

Betset Yisrael mimitsráyim, bet Iaacov meam loez
Haieta Iehudá lecodsho, Yisrael mamshelotav
Haiam raa vaianos, haiarden yissov leachor
Heharim rakedu cheelim, guevaot kivnê tson
Ma lecha haiam ki tanus, haiarden tissov leachor
Heharim tirkedú cheelim, guevaot kivnê tson
Milifnê adon chúli árets, milifnê Elôha Iaacov
Hahofechi hatsur agam máyim, chalamish lemaieno máyim
Tehillim 114 - Tehillim translated into english
1. When Israel went from Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of foreign language;
2. Judah was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion!
3. The sea saw it, and fled; the Jordan was driven back!
4. The mountains skipped like rams, and the hills like lambs!
5. What ails you, O sea, that you flee? O Jordan, that you are driven back? 6. O mountains, that you skip like rams? And you O hills, like lambs?
7. Tremble, earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob; 8. Who turned the rock into a pool of water, the flint into a fountain of waters!
