Rafael Shlomo Boruch Ben Tzipora is BEZRH going to have a surgery to take out a tumor that had cancer 2x’s. The surgery is the best option for Rafael. However it has a high risk. 40 yrs ago, Rafael was diagnosed with Down Syndrome at birth. Rafael is an integral part of our family’s and Baltimore’s Jewish community. Rafael is inspiring all who know him what it means and how one behaves as a true eved Hashem without all the outer packaging. Please daven for Refael (Rafi) Frager
