Joint Tehillim Reading For the Refuah of צבי דניאל בן שיידאל


Our Dad Harvey Goldberg received a head injury last night, mozei shabbat,at home. The circumstances are a little unclear to us as to how it happened. HatAlag came and took him to the hospital. His symptoms inducated a stoke had occurred. He was taken to Northwick Park hospital on and after a scan its been confimed that he's had a stroke. We spoke to him on video call. He has movement in his body but can barely speak at the moment. The affected are is to the left side of his brain. The left side of his face and lips hve been affected and is barely able to speak. He seemed extremely tired. They have given him high dosage of asprin and vood pressure tablets as his bp is too high for this condition. He will have more tests to see if his geart is affected. We went to the hoapital but wernt allowed access to him because of Omicron virus. He is expected to be in hospital for 2 weeks. He will begin occuptional therapy and speech therapy today. This has all transpired since about 10 pm on Saturday night so we only have a limited amount of information. Please pry for his refuah shleimah.
