{א} שִׁיר הַמַּעֲלוֹת אַשְׁרֵי כָּל יְרֵא יְהוָה הַהֹלֵךְ בִּדְרָכָיו:
{ב} יְגִיעַ כַּפֶּיךָ כִּי תֹאכֵל אַשְׁרֶיךָ וְטוֹב לָךְ:
{ג} אֶשְׁתְּךָ כְּגֶפֶן פֹּרִיָּה בְּיַרְכְּתֵי בֵיתֶךָ בָּנֶיךָ כִּשְׁתִלֵי זֵיתִים סָבִיב לְשֻׁלְחָנֶךָ:
{ד} הִנֵּה כִי כֵן יְבֹרַךְ גָּבֶר יְרֵא יְהוָה:
{ה} יְבָרֶכְךָ יְהוָה מִצִּיּוֹן וּרְאֵה בְּטוּב יְרוּשָׁלִָם כֹּל יְמֵי חַיֶּיךָ:
{ו} וּרְאֵה בָנִים לְבָנֶיךָ שָׁלוֹם עַל יִשְׂרָאֵל:
{א} שִׁ֗יר הַֽמַּ֫עֲל֥וֹת אַ֭שְׁרֵי כָּל־יְרֵ֣א יְהוָ֑ה הַ֝הֹלֵ֗ךְ בִּדְרָכָֽיו׃
{ב} יְגִ֣יעַ כַּ֭פֶּיךָ כִּ֣י תֹאכֵ֑ל אַ֝שְׁרֶ֗יךָ וְט֣וֹב לָֽךְ׃
{ג} אֶשְׁתְּךָ֤ ׀ כְּגֶ֥פֶן פֹּרִיָּה֮ בְּיַרְכְּתֵ֢י בֵ֫יתֶ֥ךָ בָּ֭נֶיךָ כִּשְׁתִלֵ֣י זֵיתִ֑ים סָ֝בִ֗יב לְשֻׁלְחָנֶֽךָ׃
{ד} הִנֵּ֣ה כִי־כֵ֭ן יְבֹ֥רַךְ גָּ֗בֶר יְרֵ֣א יְהוָֽה׃
{ה} יְבָרֶכְךָ֥ יְהוָ֗ה מִצִ֫יּ֥וֹן וּ֖רְאֵה בְּט֣וּב יְרוּשָׁלָ֑͏ִם כֹּ֝֗ל יְמֵ֣י חַיֶּֽיךָ׃
{ו} וּרְאֵֽה־בָנִ֥ים לְבָנֶ֑יךָ שָׁ֝ל֗וֹם עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

Shir hamaalot, ashrê col ierê Adonai, haholech bidrachav
Ieguía capêcha ki tochel, ashrêcha vetov lach
Eshtechá keguéfen poriya, beiarketê vetêcha, banêcha kishtilê zetim saviv leshulchanêcha
Hine ki chen ievôrach gáver iere Adonai
Ievarechechá Adonai mitsión, ur’e betuv Ierushaláyim col iemê chaiêcha
Ur’e vanim levanêcha, shalom al Yisrael
Tehillim 128 - Tehillim translated into english
1. A Song of Maalot. Happy is every one who fears the Lord; who walks in his ways!
2. For you shall eat the labor of your hands; happy shall you be, and it shall be well with you!
3. Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine in the recesses of your house; your children like olive shoots around your table!
4. Behold, thus shall the man be blessed who fears the Lord!
5. The Lord shall bless you from Zion; and you shall see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life!
6. And you shall see your children’s children, and peace upon Israel!
